Special Operations Unit

The Special Operations Unit (SOU) is comprised of a group of officers who have received specialized training in weapons, tactics, and rescue. These officers train on a continuous basis and are prepared to respond to incidents involving barricaded subjects, hostages, and active shooters. The SOU is also called upon to serve warrants that are considered “high-risk.”
